Children present in school during vaccine clinics are considered informed consent. They do suggest schools come up with a defined procedure, such as permission slips. I don’t doubt that the current powers that be will utilize this to their advantage.

This is very hard to deal with. If kids start getting shots without parental consent, the unrest will get violent.
