I downloaded this program just this week. Norton did not not like it because there are so few users (reputation) and Windows defender blocked it as well. I double checked and scanned the program and allowed it to install. I've got all the necessary hardware to run this. I'll be using HF until I get another SignaLink for my VHF radio. From what I understand running at 1200bps is desirable for reliable delivery and better coverage. Hope to get this running this week.
