Former reality television star and conservative Los Angeles mayoral candidate Spencer Pratt sent shockwaves through the City of Angels on Friday, after claiming that he possesses incriminating recordings that will force either current Mayor Karen Bass or City Councilwoman Nithya Raman to "resign in shame."
