Trial one of sprouted wheat bread is in the oven. No flour, no other ingredients. If you had to make bread with a simple sprouted wheat and wheatgrass juicer, it seems 100% plausible. I'd love to get one of those sun oven boxes, you only need 250° for this bread so easy over Coals, Dutch oven, sun box... will make a video if this works.

It was to bake for 3 hours, I took a bit at 1 hour to see what it's doing. It's edible, but I tossed it back in to finish baking, I'm making such a small loaf, concerned it'll be overdone. You can feel the top and how it's drying as time goes on.

After letting this first batch cool and rest overnight, I'm happy to report that it tastes good.

Being dense, one piece filled me up. Which in a survival situation would be what one wants. It doesn't taste like wheatgrass at all, it does taste like a wheat bread.

My electric juicer doesn't have the pasta attachment. To remedy the backpressure and flow, I simply took the endcap off. In this next batch, I'd like to use my manual juicer as I can control the backpressure and flow better. Here's a pic of it doing wheatgrass. This is the Ninja JC101 Cold Press Pro Compact Powerful Slow Juicer with Total Pulp Control. Which is an entry level juicer around the $100 mark. It works ok for what it is.
