Using salt to preserve herbs, I have a lot of basil and mint to preserve and maybe I'll try this method and then post it here.
Here's an interesting way to flavor salt with herbs... kinda the same thing? I found this very interesting.
Food processor I use is the Black & Decker, it works really well for making herb shakers once dry.
